For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the data controller is MA Production PT Ltd, a private limited company which trades as M'A KIDS in the Portugal and Internationally.

Updating Your Details –
We want to ensure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. If any of the information that you have provided to M'A KIDS changes, for example if you change your email address or name, you are able to do this by logging into your online account page and updating the section described as ‘managing your preferences’. Alternatively, please let us know the correct details by sending an email to info@makidsbrand.com.
- You have the right to request a copy of the personal information that we hold about you.
- A right to request us to correct inaccurate information, or update incomplete information: You may ask us, or we may ask you, to correct information you or we think is inaccurate, and you may also ask us to remove information which is inaccurate.

How long we keep your personal information
We will only keep your personal information for so long as it is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for us to fulfil our contractual and legal obligations. We maintain retention records of how long information containing personal data will be retained for.
